Communicating with Your Lapis Lazuli
Sure, information about crystals can be helpful—but if you already have Lapis Lazuli, I encourage you spend some time with your crystal before you read my post about meditating with it.
Hold it in your hands and breathe deeply, silencing your mind.
Introduce yourself to your crystal, in your mind or out loud.
Let your crystal know that you recognize them as a sovereign being, that you don’t want to project a purpose onto them, that you love and appreciate them, that you are tuning in and listening, asking what they need, asking how they would like to show up in your life.
You may be surprised at what they communicate with you. It may align in part with something on the list, or it may be completely different.
Why do all of this? Well, crystals have been programmed and enslaved by humans. It is possible for us to be in reciprocal, harmonious relationships with crystals, but that starts with the practice I described above. It requires communication and co-creation.
Now, if you still want to read about meditating with Lapis Lazuli, here you go! But if you feel like you don’t need the post anymore, that’s okay too! 🙂
Meditating with Lapis Lazuli
Lapis Lazuli was revered in ancient times as a symbol of gods, spirit, and visions. It was widely used by the ancient Egyptians for many purposes, including the ability to connect with the spirit realm and access sacred knowledge.
To this day, Lapis Lazuli is a powerful blue stone that has the capability of awakening you through spiritual growth.
Meditating with Lapis Lazuli can help you experience the true abundance, magic, and wonder of the universe.
The first time I placed a Lapis Lazuli crystal between my eyebrows, I could immediately feel my third eye chakra come alive with an intense tingling sensation. From that moment, I became fascinated with all things metaphysical. Lapis Lazuli has since become a powerful aid on my healing journey.
Lapis Lazuli is a crystal of peace, hope, self-awareness, and inner truth.
Lapis Lazuli enhances deep meditative states, and it has become my go-to stone to use during meditation. I use it more frequently than any other crystal. I began by doing shorter meditations, but now I prefer doing 1-2 hour guided meditations with a Lapis Lazuli crystal placed on my third eye / brow chakra.
I’ve experienced some seriously intense, powerful emotion-releasing meditations using Lapis Lazuli.
The best type of Lapis Lazuli to use for meditation is a small polished stone. Raw Lapis Lazuli is still beautiful and powerful, but it is more comfortable to place a polished stone on your body than a rough one.
