What Would You Do If There Was No Self-Doubt in Your Way?
My current answer is… make music.
Baring my soul through the expression of music requires releasing all the self-doubt I have ever felt. To be able to share the songs I write, to play guitar and piano, to sing…
I’m more excited about this than anything ever before.
And at the same time, letting go of all self-doubt is not instant. It happens during the process of showing up and doing the thing, step by step at a time.
It comes through validating your own self-worth over and over again until it becomes automatic.
Layer after layer, my walls of self-doubt are crumbling.
It’s happening through the repeated choice of pursuit… and I choose Green as the Soul with all of me.
